Job Purpose
Operation and Admin Support will meet all the deadlines and requirements of individual/ team assignments and projects. Due to the nature of this job, the incumbent will play as a representative of company. S/he therefore must demonstrate high level of integrity, courtesy, self-discipline, and professionalism.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support new business activities
- Translate company documents for both internal and external purposes
- Prepare and consolidate all operations reports
- Liaison with panel hospitals/clinics on client appointments, medical reports, and billings
- Follow up on pending cases
- Perform other duties/target as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements
- At least 2 years working experience in financial institutions or related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or other relevant majors
- Experience in translation work, preferably in insurance
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, proactive and attention to details
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Khmer
